HMN has helped me find my tribe. As a new mother, I joined many groups and found that they weren’t for me. As my ideals went against mainstream parenting, I found myself closing off in group settings out of fear of judgment. Then I found a local HMN chapter, which flipped everything I knew about moms groups upside down; a group that was welcoming, and encouraging, that I could learn from and grow with.

Earth Day Beach Clean-up

Waterspirit and the Holistic Moms Network of Monmouth County are working together to clean up the beach and we are asking you join us. Come out for Earth Day to help us protect the sacred waters. We will be conducting our beach clean-up at Sandy Hook on 4/20/24 from 10 am – noon. Please join us. Together we can make a difference. Registration required. Please bring gloves. Wear clothes that can get dirty. Please wear boots or old shoes that can get muddy. We need lots of people to help remove lots of trash! Natural Healing with Herbal Tinctures

Toegther, we will explore the diverse uses of tinctures, how to make them, and where to buy them. The Holistic Moms Network is a national non-profit organization providing information and support for people interested in natural living, holistic health, and gentle parenting. All About Natural Light and Health with Kelly Bento

Kelly Bento is a dental clinician in the field of quantum dentistry and owner of soleilwell.com. Kelly became interested in red light therapy after her brother sustained a brain injury. Her research led her to take a deep dive into Quantum Healing. Kelly will discuss the power of infrared light therapy to heal the body and promote wellness by infusing your cells with direct energy. She will discuss how modern living has created drastic deficits in exposure to natural light and the health ramifications of this.
